job--with capacities ranging from 40 ton through
606 ton and a shot capacity through 76 ounces.
Advanced Engineering Resins. As a custom injection molder, we have the capabilities to run virtually any thermoplastic resin, including advanced engineering resins like ABS/PVC alloys; difficult-to-run elastomers like acetal, Santoprene, nylon and glass-filled ABS; and traditional resins, such as pvc, HDPE, polycarbonate and polypropylene. Among the many resins which we routinely mold are:

Custom
Colors We can produce injection molded parts and
products in virtually any color across a full spectrum of hues. Select
from our wide assortment of standard colors; specify a color from any
recognized color matching standard, such as Pantone or any other color
matching system (CMS). or submit a sample of the material you wish us to
match. We will then make up samples for your approval.
We can also add ultraviolet stabilizers for protection against harsh UV. rays, add anti-static additives, anti-microbial agents and even fragrances.
Value-Added Services include part design prototyping, SPC/SQC, painting, decorating, plating, welding, assembly, tool design, drilling, tapping and more!
Quality Assurance. Moldamatic's absolute commitment to quality has remained our cornerstone from the beginning. To this end, we have extended our Quality Assurance Program to every phase of every operation throughout the entire injection molding process. We have integrated our inspection department on a functional level equivalent to other departments, such as engineering, production and sales. All product inspections are run under U.L., and MIL standards. We are certified to the new ISO 9001:2008 Standard
